Paper worth keeping

A small letterpress studio pressing wedding invitations and custom prints on thick cotton paper — deckled, debossed, sealed by hand.

What we do

A Lagos stationery studio pressing wedding invitations and custom prints on cotton paper, one sheet at a time. Everything leaves the studio on cotton paper thick enough to hold a bite — deckled by hand, debossed under the platen, sealed in sienna wax.

Ink mixed by hand

Bring a swatch, a wrapper, a photograph. We match it on the bench, not on a screen.

Paper you can feel

600gsm cotton, torn on all four edges, so the deboss sits deep and the corner softens with handling.

Short runs welcome

Twenty-five suites or two hundred. Art prints and studio goods have no minimum at all.

Shipped worldwide

Packed in rigid paper sleeves and sent from Lagos, usually five to nine days in transit.

How it works

From your date to sealed envelopes

Four steps, roughly four to six weeks for a full letterpress suite.

  1. 01

    Tell us the date

You send the date, the guest count and anything you have already fallen for — a colour, a fabric, a photograph.

  2. 02

    Paper and proof

We pull paper samples, mix ink to match, and send two layout drafts for you to mark up.

  3. 03

    On the press

Each sheet goes through the platen press one at a time. Edges are torn, seals poured, overlays folded.

  4. 04

    Sealed and sent

We address, assemble and pack the suites in paper sleeves, then ship anywhere in the world.

Kind words

From couples and collectors

Guests kept the invitation. Two years on, a friend still has ours framed in her hallway.

They matched an ink to a scrap of my mother's wrapper. That is the level of care here.

I order our gallery print runs from Marigold now. Short runs, no drama, perfect registration.
